Fiddle story
- My dad gave me my Great-Grandfathers fiddle on my 9th Birthday
- In 1912 my Great-Grandfather traded a steer for the fiddle I play today.
- My dad taught me to play and I play only by ear. He put thin strips of blue painters tape on the fretboard, showing where to put my fingers.
- Played my first show at age 9. Charlies Daniels played later that night and I got to go on his bus and meet him.
- I opened for Charlie Daniels in 2012 in Denver, CO.
- I have studied nearly 30 different live videos of The Devil Went Down To Georgia, and it is still one of my favorite songs to play.
